4 of 4 people found the following review helpful: Not like the "other" cop shows....., October 1, 2011 By  5Bells - See all my reviews This series is not your average "cop" show...it focuses on the experiences of the Rookie Cop, amazing story lines which are hardly ever predictable. All the characters have their own story, and are very well defined..its a mixture of drama, comedy, romance..season 1 was awesome, season two was incredible and season 3 I can't wait!!! And I hope it features more "Sandy" romance!!! DORSOGNA "1930s kinda guy" (williamsburg, virginia) - See all my reviews    This show is perhaps the most truly entertaining police drama I have ever seen (Always excepting HOMOCIDE)and this includes NYPD Blue. What makes this show so enjoyable is the mixture of involving mysteries, a novel setting (Toronto), and good soapy romance. The characters are individualistic and well defined. Not the least feature of this show is the jaw-droppingly beautiful Missy Peregrim. As a red-blooded male, I would be willing to look at an hour of her alone (much to my wife's dismay!). Seriously, she is an outstanding talent with a fine future ahead of her, I predict. And I hope she doesn't get together with that cad Luke! Bring on season three!
